Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)
- Customized or personalized products
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service at info@solevortex.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Send it to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Partial Refunds:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@solevortex.com for exchange instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item received is incorrect or defective.
- You were sent an incorrect product by mistake.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- Provide details and photos of the defect or incorrect item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

International Returns
For international returns, the process is similar; however, the return shipping costs and import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. Contact our Customer Service for specific instructions.
